Robert co-founded Business Visions Group in 2008. He puts his talents and experience to work in individual and organizational development, to help business leaders, managers, teams, and non-profit boards increase engagement by identifying their core strengths and successfully applying them to their aspirations and strategic goals.

Robert is a philosopher at heart: he believes that people are inherently good and can be trusted to do what is right, and that everyone deserves do-overs and second chances.

Robert loves music and has almost perfect pitch. He loves exploring cuisine from his Calabrian and Tuscan roots, and enjoying the ocean with his husband, Scott in Asbury Park, New Jersey.
